So, most apartments give you a lease renewal incentive of monetary value. At our apartment we get nuts. Cashews actually. Oh, and a free carpet cleaning. I guess it's better than nothing, right?

- I am a gothic twentysomething who is artistic and creatively depressed. I have a double degree in Fashion Design & Merchandising. I currently work at an upscale clothing boutique, where I help manage their eBay store. I also hope to start mortuary school this year and study to become a mortician. I am very into the arts: I draw, paint, sing, dance, and model. I am also into photography. I have an art page on Facebook called The Witching Hour.
